I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
On the login page click "Forgot password?" just below the "login" button and enter your login, then click "Send". You will receive anautomatic e-mail providing you a temporary password. Using this password enables you to log in.
I did not receive the confirmation email on registration, why?
Please check the SPAM folder of your mailbox whether the confirmation email is there. Please also check whether your mailbox is full or your forwarding is incorrect. If you want to resend the registration mail, please click on "Registration" once again.
I cannot register, it says "limited access only", what can I do?
You can only register with your university email adress and your institution must have a valid subscription. Please contact us, if you are unsure whether your university has subscribed.
I cannot open the pdf files, what can I do?
There are many possible reasons for this problem. A know issue is a Firefox 11 problem, for a solution please see the following link: Firefox 11 problem.
